Drumdevan Country House, Inverness

We only booked because we needed a place to sleep before taking friends to the airport at a very early hour. We booked because it was the most reasonable rates in the height of tourist season and a good location to the airport. We were extremely surprised to discover we booked such a lovely place in a quiet setting. Even more so, one of our r rooms was upgraded to an exquisite 4 poster bedroom with kitchenette! The other room was very small, but it was very clean, cosy and comfortable and fir the few hours sleep we got, it was perfect. We've made a note to ourselves that we will always look to book there whenever friends/family come to stay. We live a few hours away, so it's ideal for those early flights. It's a hidden gem!

Because of my job, I go to lots of hotels, Drumdevan Country House was just perfect, my room was spotless plus plenty of space, my view was lovely . When you book a room here they send you information on how to enter the room , and all your requirements e.g kettle tea/coffee, 2x bottles of water plus biscuits are waiting for you. The room was spacious and cosy, the bed was large ans comfortable. It was nice to have a table & chairs in the room. Lovely location - far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city, but a short car drive away from everything you might need. The grounds are doned with amenities to enjoy the outside, whether it is eating, having a drink, or reading a book.

Loved the location, the room, the bathroom and decking area. The bed gave us a wonderful night's sleep.

The accomodation is excellent. Nice and quaint with no limited check in time- self serve system is a great method. Place is also clean and tidy and also comes with a low temp mini fridge. Excellent initiative for being pet friendly!
